Great Resources to Learn and

Practice Spanish at home

Books I Love:

Any Bilingual Book by Susan Middleton Elya - Her stories combine Spanish & English in tangible & fun ways.
Spanish Picture Dictionaries - A great way to expand a creative child's vocabulary
Bilingual Board Books - Great, easy to read stories for beginning learners. I would reccomend this series to mostly Kindergarten level and younger

Music I Love:

Hop, Skip and Sing Spanish - CD & Book
Spanish for Children- This CD comes with a book that includes activities and practice worksheets. A great resource!
Sing, Dance, Laugh and Eat Tacos Series - Any of the CDs in this series are fun to sing and learn! I would recommend purchasing the lyrics books as well to help your child learn the words to the songs.
Dr. Jean en Español- Fun, Simple Songs, many of which we do in class

Websites I Love:

Quizlet- Flashcard & Quiz website, with vocabulary sets made specifically for vocabulary we are learning in class
SpanishDict.com - This website offers a Spanish/English dictionary, complete with pronunciations! Great if your child is unsure of how to pronounce a vocabulary word.

MUZZY!! - A video series, with many CDs and books to go with. It's definitely more expensive than the rest, but if your child is interested in the series, this is the link.
